You are encouraged to register by Monday, June 21, 2021 to ensure access to the virtual meeting platform for the live meeting dates. You may still register after Monday, June 21, 2021 for access to all on-demand content. If you register on/after Monday, June 21, 2021, it will take up to 48 business hours to receive access to the virtual meeting platform with your unique login details. On-demand content will be available until Friday, September 17 at 3:00 PM EDT (latest registration until Wednesday, September 8, 2021 3:00 PM EDT).

* All trainees and students must provide a letter from the Director of the Program/Supervisor indicating they are a full-time student that is not full-time employed. Students who are full-time employed will not be eligible.

** The Patient Advocate category is exclusively available for a defined number of Patient Advocates whom must submit a resume or bio-sketch at registration. Individuals registering under this category either work or volunteer for national or international not-for-profit patient advocacy organizations that:

  • Demonstrate a charitable mission and engage in patient advocacy
  • Provide programs, services, information, and/or support for people affected by cancer
  • Have a nonprofessional membership and do not offer continuing medical education (CME) or scientific programs for professionals
  • Please note that individuals registered under this category are not eligible to receive continuing education credit for their attendance at the annual meeting
  • Additionally, advocates not affiliated with a national or international not-for-profit organization may also be eligible to register at the patient advocate rate, based on their advocacy role and experience. Please submit a resume or bio-sketch when registering.

MASCC Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must make sure that their membership for 2021 is in good standing until at least after the Annual Meeting before registering for the Annual Meeting.
