An important activity of MASCC is the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines on supportive care in cancer. These guidelines help clinicians to optimally manage the side-effects of cancer therapy.

The following practice tools have been developed by MASCC. Non-profit entities may use these tools free of charge. Use by commercial companies requires written approval from MASCC, with the terms of agreement specified. There is also a nominal fee. Guidelines MASCC-Endorsed Practice Guidelines

MASCC has endorsed the following practice guidelines. Endorsement of external (non-MASCC) guidelines requires internal review and recommendation and approval by MASCC’s Executive Committee. Endorsement signifies that the guidelines are consistent with the best evidence available and are suitable for use in practice. For more information, see the MASCC Guideline Policy
